Quick and Easy Smoothie Recipe: Smoothie Bombs

Smoothies are the best way to kickstart a great day! But mornings are usually when we are pressed with time and eating healthily takes a long time. So if you are looking for a delicious creamy smoothie for breakfast or post workout then this is exactly what you need – The Smoothie Bombs!

These raw smoothie balls come in two flavors – raw cacao and super greenie and are made from organic ingredients with no added sugar and super healthy ingredients including chia seeds, psyllium husk, black strap molasses. I discovered these recently and have been love with them.

I just throw in a smoothie bomb with banana or avocado almonds and blend it with either freshly pressed orange juice or fresh coconut water and boom it turns into a delicious creamy smoothie. A glassful is nutrition powerhouse and keeps you nourished and satiated until lunch. I am in love with this beautiful drink!

For Sunday brunches, I also make oatmeal bowl with powdered cinnamon, desiccated coconut and topped with strawberries and bananas, grapefruit and oranges (for my daily dose of vitamin C) and seasonal fruits – persimmons are my current favorite, they’re so delicious, sweet with a very nice flavor.

Choose compassion!

Just because we’ve always eaten animals and treated them as objects doesn’t mean it’s right 🙅🏻‍♀️

Humanity evolves when we question old habits, expand our compassion, and recognize that animals are individuals…. not products, possessions, or commodities. 🌱

🇳🇱Netherlands now officially recommends reducing meat consumption, cutting cheese intake by half, and increasing plant-based proteins.

Why? Because food choices impacts m our health, and also the climate.

And the shift goes beyond advice….. Amsterdam has even banned meat advertisements in public spaces to encourage lower-emission food choices.

A fascinating example of how climate policy is increasingly showing up in everyday life. 🌱

What can we do?
Let’s ditch animal foods and embrace a plant based diet. Compassion + health

Thought cruelty-free meant no harm to animals? Thought you were buying ethical? Think again 😬😬

👉🏻 There’s a difference brands won’t tell you — 🐰 #crueltyfree doesn’t guarantee no animals were harmed. A cruelty free product can still have fish oil, bug juice or other animal ingredients.

You need to make sure the products you’re buying are both Cruelty-Free & #Vegan!
