Getting Fashion Weather Forecast Right With Blush Coat For Dubai’s Unexpected Chill

Ted Baker Coat, Braintree Organic Cotton Tshirt,  Paige Denim, Kurt Geiger Shoes, Stella McCartney Bag
I love coats and trenches. Now that Dubai is hit by unexpected chilly winds I’m glad I can finally wear my favorite piece in my closet – the blush coat.
Wearing it with distressed denim and a simple white tee makes this perfect piece to prep myself for whatever the Dubai weather throws its way – freezing windy evenings or pleasantly warm noon.
Now who says vegan fashion is boring? My 2017 resolution is to gradually clean up my wardrobe with sustainable clothing. Scouting for ethical fashion brands that brings the perfect mix of style and conscience is a challenging but very exciting journey.
Resisting the temptation of fast fashion is not easy. It’s not just about the cost, but also accessibility. I would be lying if I would say that it’s easy to find stylish and chic right-on-trend pieces from sustainable fashion brands, but then where there is a will there is a way.
Stay tuned for my vegan and ethical fashion finds in 2017!

Choose compassion!

Just because we’ve always eaten animals and treated them as objects doesn’t mean it’s right 🙅🏻‍♀️

Humanity evolves when we question old habits, expand our compassion, and recognize that animals are individuals…. not products, possessions, or commodities. 🌱

🇳🇱Netherlands now officially recommends reducing meat consumption, cutting cheese intake by half, and increasing plant-based proteins.

Why? Because food choices impacts m our health, and also the climate.

And the shift goes beyond advice….. Amsterdam has even banned meat advertisements in public spaces to encourage lower-emission food choices.

A fascinating example of how climate policy is increasingly showing up in everyday life. 🌱

What can we do?
Let’s ditch animal foods and embrace a plant based diet. Compassion + health

Thought cruelty-free meant no harm to animals? Thought you were buying ethical? Think again 😬😬

👉🏻 There’s a difference brands won’t tell you — 🐰 #crueltyfree doesn’t guarantee no animals were harmed. A cruelty free product can still have fish oil, bug juice or other animal ingredients.

You need to make sure the products you’re buying are both Cruelty-Free & #Vegan!
