But that’s all changing up as I am starting my workout routine and loving every minute of it. Since I don’t get time to go out to gym, other than running sometimes, here are my few favourite workout videos that I have been following since a few years now to keep me in shape. Trust me if you follow these, your are for sure going to get heads turned with your fabulous toned body.
FULL WORKOUT
When I want to focus on complete body, I love to follow this video. It take care of everything from head to toe and the exercises are so simple to follow. This is my favourite among all.

So of course my workout routine involves focusing on lower body in some sessions and upper on the others. This is a simple easy to do butt workout that I combine with BW2 and Toned Legs Workout below.

ABS – the most important
I love Abs workout, its the most motivating part. Fortunately for me my stomach is my asset and I make sure I keep it in shape. This 6 Week Six-Pack Abs Workout- Level 1 by Jillian Michaels is absolutely amazing (I follow most of the routine in the video). She starts with amazing warm up then moves to intensive abs workout, most of it is easy to do.
Lower abs are my most troubled area, and these exercises have helped me get them a little better. I am sure these are going to get my lower abs back in shape. Here’s the best lower abs workout:
