Berries & Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 8-10 blueberries, 6-8 blackberries, 5 strawberries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 plum
- 1/2 apple
- 6-7 raisins
- Almond milk {update: adding nut milk is not a good idea. Only use fruits and greens only to your smoothies, no granola or plant-milk}
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to blender
- Blend in your high speed blender until its smooth and creamy
- Empty your blender and immediately consume your smoothie
I like my smoothie rich and creamy, plus a little sweet, so sometimes I throw in half banana and a pitted date to the concoction. Works best post workout. I have tried Hazelnut milk with my smoothies, but somehow hazelnut milk doesn’t work too well with the fruit smoothies. It does not have the same flavor as regular hazelnuts nor does it have the same aroma. Prefer almond milk over hazelnut.
